Blood lab surprise (not a good one)

Had my blood labs yesterday. After being on Mounjaro, my A1c has improved to 5.3 (from 7.1) as have my liver enzymes, but now my cholesterol is higher then ever— 256 — which is surprising and upsetting because I’ve lost 52 pounds and eat low-fat, low-carbs and lots of protein every day.  ChatGPT says that cholesterol can swim around in your blood  when you’re losing weight, and I will talk about this with my doctor very soon, but would love to hear any feedback.

My new Beats Studio Pro sound good ,but they don’t get nearly loud enough for me. (Kate Bush agrees.) What other bluetooth over-the-ear noise canceling headphones should I try?

Since this liver ultrasound, I have lost 50 pounds and quit drinking. I am having blood work in two week and really hope my liver enzymes improve. (ALT was 55 most and 117 a year ago) Thanks for input!

FINDINGS: The liver is of increased echogenicity diffusely consistent with fatty infiltration. No ductal dilatation is seen and the liver contour appears smooth. There appear to be small gravelly gallstones within the dependent portion the gallbladder. No wall thickening or surrounding fluid is seen. The common duct measures approximately 4 mm in diameter which is normal. The pancreas as visualized is unremarkable. The right kidney shows no evidence of hydronephrosis. No free fluid is seen. IMPRESSION: 1. Diffuse fatty infiltration of the liver. 2. Small gravelly stones within the dependent portion of the gallbladder with no wall thickening or bile ductal dilatation.

I am allergic to dairy and nuts. Going to New York City. Any recommendations for restaurants and dishes that are safe for allergies and really super-great? Love Chinese, Middle Eastern, sushi but have fear of Italian.
