Just a warning to people thinking of doing the Barclays switch, they're not an easy bank to deal with!

Did my switch and attempted to put the £2k into my account only for it to be frozen! I can't access my funds and the customer service is awful!! Also no luck going to a branch because they have short opening hours and no counter staff on a weekend!

I launched a complaint with them to try and speed it up but still potentially have to wait until the next working day when I might hear something!

Awful awful bank! Not even worth the hastle of doing the switch!

I've never had these issues with any other bank in my life.

If anyones got any experience with these sort of issues please comment to calm my stress!
