How did I immediately mess up this board
Bought this LITERALLY yesterday, used it a little last night and a bit mid day today. Didn't put in the dishwasher. Just used, washed quickly over the sink w soap and water, dried w a towel, then leaned it against the wall to air dry the rest of the way.
Now I grab it for dinner and it's concave, splitting, and stained already. I want to cry, I really thought I had looked up how to care for it right. My plan was to oil it monthly and be careful to dry it well after each wash. What did I do wrong?
