Has anyone successfully secured an appointment for France at TLS Contact in London recently without paying an agent or a bot? Is there a specific time or day of the week to try for appointments?

Hi,
We found water inside the car this morning. It was only at the front by the passenger seat. The top parts are wet and there was a little bit of water on the gear box. It’s a 2019 car with a fitted sun roof. Has anyone else experienced this? What was the cause? I guess we are out of warranty so will need to see a local mechanic.
