hello everyone , i am scoring 66 marks in 10s2 how much would the expected rank be ? can i get cse or ai or ml or it in any colleges through counselling ( like less fee one ) specifically in anurag?

also coming to the main part , i am going to ssb coaching ( from june 1 to june 15 ) so when will the counselling procedure start? would my presence be necessary for me to join counselling ? could someone give details regarding this ?
