52. House and cars paid off. 20k in 0 interest consumer debt. 40k in high yield savings vanguard fund. Still want to do about 50k in home improvements (not repairs). 92k a year pension and 30k a year in part time gig hustle. LLC breaks even or close to it. No investments left. What’s my next move??

Just got portal access.

They really don’t tell you much but does this mean my liens were cleared and my attorney got my 1.7%? I received 3% in 2 payments so far.

How would I know if I have liens ?

Before something goes to a lien wouldn’t there have to have been an unpaid bill???
I never had any unpaid bills or treatment related to abuse. I should be in there clear here, right?

Any place in the states to get either actual Sicilian pottery or something inspired by it? Looking for those beautiful colored and designed planters. Found an Etsy store my beautiful Sicily. Shipping is a fortune.
