Building my first PC. Mainly planning on 1440 gaming for now, hoping to atleast future proof somewhat. Not sure which to pick because I've seen some games (MSFS, Monster Hunter Wilds) can be somewhat heavy on vram. I've seen the 7900 xtx for about $1200 and the 9070 xt for about $750
