One week since shipping. No payout. No help.

I have been contacting Reverb Support for every single item we've sold over the past month. They have been delaying payouts across the board to several sellers. As of this morning I've removed all of the listings I had for my store and will be deleting the account as soon as able. Every time I contact support they don't help. As soon as I explain the issue they send this 'scripted' response and end the chat and no one reaches out. It's wild and borderline illegal. It's now been over a week that several items have been delivered. When you look up the payout status it literally says that payouts are released the business day after the item is in transit. Well that has not been the case. We've had and used Reverb since 2013. It was never like this. It has nothing to do with how old or new an account is. We have never had any returns, not a single negative review. Add to that the increasing fees and the increasingly suspicious additional shipping charges. I smell a class action lawsuit brewing...in the meantime I am seriously considering taking this to small claims.

Payout delays

Anyone else having issues with Reverb payouts lately? I've sold several items over the past few weeks and I have had to contact customer support for every single one of them to get my money. Making things even worst, each and every person I have chatted with read the same exact script "I assure you your payout will be going out by the end of the day. Reach out if you have any issue". The day goes by and nothing. I'm now waiting on a $450 payout for a guitar I sold that was in transit a week ago, it was delivered two days ago and no payout has been initiated. I can't get any support at all regarding the matter. They all say "I assure you that..." it's gotten really bad. Never used to be like this.
