Gamesir Support

Hello everyone,

Just wanted to hop on here. I’ve seen some hate and negativity about Gamesir customer support, and no i’m not a bot or affiliated with gamesir. After going through two elite controllers in a span of two years, i bought a g7 pro. the right trigger started sticking about 8 months in. I reached out to them after reading the warranty, they responded within 24 hrs, all follow up emails were within 24 hrs of my response. now, i haven’t received the replacement yet but they advised they’re sending a no cost replacement controller to me after i sent game clips and a clip of the trigger response on the gamesir console app. To those with issues, check the warranty, send the email. I’ll follow up on this post once i receive the replacement.
