I woke up yesterday to find that, as stated in the title, every channel below 70 is gone. Not just 'not coming in,' but completely missing from the channel guide. I chatted with a tech yesterday afternoon who said it's a known satellite connection issue. I didn't ask if they had an estimated time it'd be fixed, because of course they don't.

But some communication would be nice... an E-mail to customers, a tweet, something saying "We lost connection with a satellite, we're aware, and we're working on it."

Anyone else experiencing this (or have you in the past)? I'm in Nebraska, with the local channels being in the Sioux City, IA market, if that makes any difference.
