Does a 27600mah power bank require airline approver?
As title.
I own an Aukey PB-Y63 powerbank (27600mah), exceeded the allowed limit (27000) by a little and may need airline approval according to CAAS.
Practically, does this powerbank still requiring approval?
I flying with scoot airline.
