Sunder Ancestral Totem Mind Over Matter Shaman

With the patch notes out, one of the most exciting lines to me (and a lot of people) is that Ancestral Bond now means your totems have no cost except for 75 spirit. That means it overrides the charge requirement on Spell and Ancestral Warrior totem.

The one I am personally more excited for though is Ancestral Warrior totem since Sunder seems like the best hammer skill to have multiples of with its massive 160-653% of base damage.

With base 100 Spirit, 100 Spirit from a Sceptre, and 120 from not running charms with Sacred Flow I have enough spirit for 4 totems base. 5 if I can get 55 spirit from my body armour and amulet which is very achievable.

I also have no need for mana in this build, since the totems have no cost except Spirit, so I can run Mind Over Matter for a full second life bar. My biggest concern on the build idea was that Sceptres can't roll anything this build wants since totems don't get ally bonuses, but they can roll spirit and mana (and strength if I want to try and fit in Giant's Blood) so it will have mods that help.

For my other Ascendency points I was thinking Wisdom of the Magi for the generic buffs, and Reactive Growth/Avatar of Evolution for the big defensive buffs.

I may also try to fit a warcry into the build since they also don't have a cost but I'm not sure which. Likely Seismic Cry since it can potentially break Armour for my Sunder Totems but I'm not sure if it will be worth it.

What do you think? Am I onto something or am I way undervaluing the benefit of charms?

Non-Druid Brutus' Lead Sprinkler Build Discussion, Deadyee or Titan?

Like many people (including someone just a while ago on this very sub) the thing I'm most excited about in the new league is double Brutus' Lead Sprinkler for big aoe fire attack damage off of Molten Blast.

However, personally I'm not a Druid believer, mostly because the builds tend to revolve around Crown of Eyes, which was 2-4 divines last league and has even more applications this time around. So I would rather go with something better off the jump, even if it doesn't have the same endgame power.

With that in mind I have narrowed it down to 2 Ascendancies, Deadeye, and Titan.

Deadeye gives me an extra projectile on every Molten Shower for better chances of an overlap as well as 20% more damage on each Molten Shower projectile from Point Blank as they count as originating inside the enemy that triggered it.

Titan on the other hand gives 50% increased effect of small passive skills, which both make it trivial to get to 500 Strength and gives the most possible AoE for attack skills which maximizes the chances of shotgunning rares.

Edit: Apparently, you don't increase travel nodes as Titan, but it still grants 8% strength and a lot of aoe for attacks.

So what do you think? Which would you go for? Or should I just back down and go with Druid like everyone else?

5 Color Izzet Ashling Affinity

I recently played [[Together as One]] in limited and it felt amazing. It made me think about running Converge in EDH. My concern was that 5 color mana bases are tough on a budget and I didn't really like any of the 5 color commanders for this idea. Also all of my slots for green decks are currently filled, so I couldn't make one of those.

So I made a likely bad decision, use the fact that they changed the rules about mana generation to make an [[Ashling Rekindled]] deck alongside lots of "add one mana of any color" artifacts to make a 5 color Izzet deck.

The rest of the list I filled out with affinity creatures to double dip the artifact ramp and over 4 cmc abilities, as well as some better Converge/Sunburst cards, and the Bobbleheads since if my deck is going to be mostly 3 mana ramp artifacts I may as well make them a win condition.

The list I settled on for a first draft looks like this: https://moxfield.com/decks/CkTcnflw90-1oBwJiFqTFw

It has a lot of the pieces that I want, especially since it can run some truly terrible mana costs thanks to the colored mana it generates, but even for my terrible budget Johnny instincts it seems way too clunky.

What do you think? Are there cards or mechanics I'm missing that seem like they would work well? Or is this idea doomed from the jump? Maybe I should add more ways to clone my artifacts? If I cut Teszz (which I could easily do) I have a full 6 dollars to spend on upgrades, which means the budget sky is the limit.
