Ocular movement phosphenes in dark (simulation of mine)

When I close my eyes in the dark and quickly move them from left to right, then from right to left repeatedly, I see white phosphenes in the periphery and center of my vision. If I repeat the exercise in the dark with my eyes open, the central phosphene is less visible. I should mention that my intraocular pressure is completely normal. Does anyone else see them?

Strange honeycomb pattern when I wake up (simulation of mine)

Is anyone else experiencing the same thing? Almost every time I wake up, I see this pattern superimposed on my vision, then it quickly fade away. There are also tiny "electric arcs" that pop up between the dots, but I haven't had the motivation to animate them 🙃

Regarding my visual symptoms, which have always been here : I suffer from visual snow, floaters, visual stress / pattern glare (a comorbidity of visual snow), visual vortex (only in the center of my field of vision), migraine with aura, tinnitus, closed eyes hallucinations (mine are more wavy, with green/blue, sometimes complex geometric movements, etc.), I'm very aware of entoptic phenomena (white blood cells, Purkinje tree, pulsatile blood flow, phosphenes due to movements and pressures, etc.), and sometimes I experience palinopsia.

Palinopsia and the honeycomb pattern upon waking are relatively new to me.

Visual stress (simulation of mine), among my visual snow condition

As I explain in my previous post, I also have this particularity when I stare at certain patterns, like high-contrast lines. It only appears in the center of my vision. Someone else experience this too?

I tried to simulate what I see

The less light there is, the worse it is. And the visual effect is different when I look at a blue sky… I perceive leucocytes and the pulsating flow of my blood in my eyes. I have floaters too and a more or less visible transparent vortex in the center of my field of vision. I am very sensitive to entoptic phenomena. I think I have also a visual stress syndrome when I stare at certain patterns like high-contrast lines (I'll post another video about this later). Can you relate? Oh, and I have a constant tinnitus that sounds like a high-pitched polytonal "auditive snow" that match perfectly with my visual snow 🙃
