To put it simply, I do not know how, when or where, but I know that my computer has a problem and I'm trying to fix it, the problem is that currently I know (because someone else helped me set up my laptop) that my bitlocker keys are being sent to an account I have no access to. I desperately need help learning where to send these keys or perhaps if it would be better to temporarily disable bitlocker, perform the scan, and then turn it back on. THank you for any help, I need it badly.

Alternatively I suspect that the malware is connected to a google account, so if anyone has anything to help with that I would be greatly appreciative.

Im on a laptop with windows 11 pro, so far windows defender full scans have turned up nothing.
