Just got a new donabe and I’m a little confused. Can someone please help by translating this for me?
This is my first ever sourdough starter. I made her with organic plain flour. At the moment she smells kind of sweet and kind of sour. This is day three a few hours after a feed. The sticker level is where she was at after I fed her. What do you think? Is she doing ok?
I just got this little guy from eBay but I’m not sure if it’s a decent donabe and what its quality is like. It wasn’t too expensive I guess. About $40 AUD or $30 USD.
Just seasoned it. My first time ever doing that so I hope I did right.
Really unsure lol! What do you all think?
