calc requirements CC math major

i’m an incoming soph transfer who took calc II and III in hs through dual enrollment. i know that those credits won’t transfer, so i was wondering if any of you knew whether or not taking honors math a/b would satisfy calc II and III, or if i’d have to take each class separately. i spoke with my advisor, who didn’t know, and i’ve emailed someone at the math department, but it’s been a while and they haven’t responded, so i just wanted to ask here before i register for classes. any info would be appreciated!

transfer results 🫰

it’s been a longgg ride to get here. applying as a first year, i was unfortunately waitlisted and rejected at 2 T5s and a T20. i applied to a few safeties, however, since my parents have basically no knowledge/experience with colleges, it was difficult to justify going out of state for college unless it was an ivy that they had heard of. although they know nothing about vanderbilt or upenn (my mom had never even heard of the ivy league 😭), fortunately my dad does know about columbia, so, im committed to studying math @ columbia 🥹🫰. also on an interesting side note, i was reached out to by a columbia admissions officer asking for updated midterms, and im prettyyyy sure thats a really good sign for future reference. in any case, just know that even if it doesn’t work out the first time, there’s plenty more opportunities to try again and again, whether that be transfer apps or grad school apps. and even if those don’t work out, at the end of the day you are so much more than whatever college you attend <3. feel free to reach out if you have any questions about my app! i know the struggle and i am incredibly thankful for all the kind people that helped me throughout this process on this sub.
