left is 174. right is 159. my current workout schedules is Mon,Wed,Fri:

  1. Incline dumbbell press — 4x10(80)
  2.   Overhead press — 3x10(50)
  3.   Dumbbell pullover  — 3x10(25)
  4.   Dumbbell or barbell rows — 4x10(25)
  5.   Bicep curls — 4x10(50)
  6.   Tricep dips or pushdowns — 4×15
  7. 25 pushups

 

20-30 min cardio

tue , thu, sat:

  1. Squats - 4x10(50)
  2.   deadlifts — 4x10(50)
  3.   Leg press — 4x25(50)
  4.   Glute bridges/hip thrusts — 5×25(25)
  5.   Calf raises - 5x30(50)
  6.   Russian twist -5x30(25) 
  7.   Planks- 1 min regular , 1 min sides 2 each , 1 min regular with swaying 
  8.   20-30 min cardio

Sunday rest, I also work retail 28 hrs a week avg 10k steps a work day, should I change anything or should I be in good shape by late July? I’m in a 1650 cal deficit it t while hitting 90-100 g of protein a day trying to get fiber too
