NBI Clearance Appointment Issues

So here's my frustrations... My NBI Clearance is not qualified for renewal so I have to set up an appointment to do biometrics again...
Kaso, walang nalabas na calendar and the only thing I can do is pick a branch. So sabi ko sa sarili ko, na I'll pay it na lang pero hindi rin Nagana QR and Reference Code 😭 error siya sa GCash...
What's with the NBI Website lately?
