So i was playing Pokemon Fire Red on an emulator.

I was doing great, my team was Venasaur, Arcanine, Scizor, Dragonite, Kabutops, and Zapdos

And then. tragedy struck

My dog (very tiny) comes up,and presses the back button, the left arrow key.

I had no save file in my files, therefore, i. lost. everything. including 3 shinies
