Are there any pace inclusive run clubs out there? I'm talking like 11-13 min miles or even a run/walk option? Do the ones at breweries like Armada have slower folks? It seems like even all of the social run clubs have an average pace of like 8 or 9 min. My biggest fear is to join a run club and then get dropped!

I'm wanting to break out of the coffee shop scene occasionally - anyone have any good recommendations for breweries in or around New Haven that would be good for someone to sit at and do some work on a laptop? I'm thinking like a Bear's Smokehouse kind of vibe. Thanks!
