How to play Pokemon fan games

Hey guys, quick question: I was looking into playing Pokémon Radical Red and Unbound. I already have a ROM hack for Pokémon Wilting Y, but it worked for Citra on my emulator, so I was wondering what software you need to play the fan-made ROM hacks.?

Pc not connect to the Thor
