Infections every time after sex. Help needed?

The issue started 2 years ago, when I broke up with my ex and started having casual sex. Every time I had sex, I got an infection. Sometimes bacterial, mostly yeast infections.
At the end of 2024, I have stopped having casual sex and gave myself some time to heal (almost a year). I also went to a gyno, and got tested for stds. I was positive for ureaplasma, which I treated (I have two negative tests), but the ureaplasma most likely caused pelvic inflammatory disease, which was also treated. I had a check-up two weeks ago, and the doctor confirmed that the treatment worked.
So here is the issue. I met someone a couple months ago, who I very much like, and agreed to be exclusive. He also got treated for ureaplasma the same time as me, and after that the doctor gave me the green light, we had sex. However, now, I still got a yeast infection.
I am not sure what I do wrong, because every std test came back negative. I had pelvic ultrasound, that showed everything is ok and the doctor also said my flora was also ok. I am also taking a probiotics with lac. Crispactus for 1.5 months now and after the antibiotics, I also did a 12 day long lactobacillus suppository treatment. I also used the suppository after sex.
So please, if you have any recommendations or advice pls let me know.
Also, we use condom every time. No, my partner did not get retested for ureaplasma, as they are not testing it in the country we live in. I did all the tests in my home country, where they actually take it seriously.
