Australian Wagyu Porterhouse
Stone Axe Wagyu BMS9+ porterhouse from my local butcher. Seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic, then reverse seared at 250 until 115 internal on the filet side. Seared for about a minute per side. Hands down one of the best steaks I’ve ever had!
