A doctor in my home country in Europe recommended me

- 24 months of orthodontist treatment with MARPE (I am a bit confused by the 24 months timeline..), then a surgery “Non-segmented maxillary osteotomy, Le Fort I type, with disjunction and multiple interalveolar osteotomies”

- double jaw MMA

I read a lot of concerns about the Lefort Cut. Any thought?

I plan to speak to Dr Newaz and Dr Manuele about that too
