Since I woke up this morning I've been dealing with what I think is clogged ducts, I'll pump and get much less than I have been and my breast will feel heavy still but not hard anymore but then within 30 minutes I can feel multiple hard bumps throughout my breast. Not sure what to do since this is my main supply breast too so I don't want to lose my supply
