Looking for some advice (or if someone has done this)!

Husband hates his job and wants to move to Colorado to have a better quality of life and have more opportunities for hobbies we like to do (we also have family there). Because the job market is so bad these days he would have to take a customer service type jobs (that’s related to the field he’s been working in) and this would pay 10-15K less a year. We would also have to sell or rent our home, the job wouldn’t be PSLF eligible, etc but the quality of life payoff might be worth it? Looking to see if anyone has had similar type experience….thanks so much!
