struggling to figure things out

i just turned 23 and i born with retinitis pigmentosa so vision loss has always been an expected thing for me but i’m still struggling to navigate life and figure out my future with it. i’m very fortunate that it has been a slow progression, so i can still drive at least maybe another year or so (with the exception of night driving from night blindness), my clarity is still alright for what visual field i do have, but always struggled with finding a decent paying job. i know there’s quite a few options around it and office jobs with wonderful screen reader and other VI assistance but i gave it a shot and absolutely hated working at a desk and computer all day. don’t really know what to look for because i’d love to keep our family farm going but that’s not necessarily a realistic option, i’d love to go into concrete work or something similar but id be limited on hours in the winter and cant really make it to the job site on time if its dark. datings been especially hard because i live in a town that’s not really walkable for things to do for dates, always been very insecure about never being able to take a girl out at night, go to the movies, or driving around to look at christmas lights, etc. haven’t seriously talked to anyone since the year after i graduated high school because of this. not really sure what to do or how to deal with it. im just extremely worried about my future at this point.
