so over the summer im hoping to save up about 1800 and buy a pc, my friend is offering his 3 year old walmart gaming pc for 300 bucks to my, do i buy it and get peripherals and then the good pc or get the walmart pc and peripherals next? walmart pc runs about 120 fps on fornite

Could anybody help build my a pc fit to run comp games at about 120 fps with good graphics? thank you! also it doesnt matter what color but id like the case to be pretty cool, doesnt matter how cool just in your opinion a good case
