Jio mart glitch/scam
Ordered from JioMart Quick on 19 May because apparently “minutes delivery” means “maybe someday” now 💀
It’s been more than 24 hours and my order is STILL stuck on “confirmed.” No delivery agent assigned, no updates, nothing. The funniest part? The app won’t even let me cancel the order anymore. Support chat is absolutely useless the bot either keeps looping the same replies or suddenly acts like my order doesn’t even exist 😭
I literally ordered chocolates, not a custom-built spaceship. How hard is it to deliver 2 items or at least give a proper update? And if you can’t deliver, then just refund the money instead of trapping the order in some mysterious void forever.
Tried contacting support multiple times, no real response. The “quick delivery” branding feels like a joke at this point. What’s the point of promising instant delivery if customers end up waiting an entire day with zero communication?
Has anyone else faced this with JioMart Quick recently? Did your order eventually arrive or did you have to fight customer support for a refund too? Because this experience has been genuinely frustrating and ridiculously inconvenient
