Stop talking, start acting.
People on Reddit love pretending semen retention is just “dopamine regulation” because anything spiritual makes them short circuit.
But after doing it seriously for months, I’m convinced there’s more going on than just “bro stopped watching porn.”
Call it life force, masculine energy, chi, prana, whatever you want. Every ancient culture talked about preserving sexual energy for a reason.
When I was constantly releasing:
- mind felt foggy
- motivation weak
- social anxiety high
- eyes dull
- always mentally scattered
- spiritually numb
- constantly chasing stimulation
After long retention:
- stronger presence
- people naturally respect you more
- eye contact becomes effortless
- emotions become calmer and more controlled
- intuition gets sharper
- motivation feels natural instead of forced
- women notice you differently
- energy feels heavier and grounded
- meditation becomes deeper
- synchronicities happen constantly
- confidence stops feeling fake
And yes, semen literally contains nutrients, minerals, proteins, and the biological material your body spent energy creating. So acting like releasing constantly has absolutely zero effect on your body or mind has never made sense to me.
But beyond the physical side, sexual energy itself is powerful. Probably the strongest drive in the human body. Most men burn it nonstop through porn, compulsive lust, and overstimulation, then wonder why they feel mentally weak and spiritually empty.
The craziest part is that the people mocking semen retention are usually the same people:
- addicted to porn
- chronically anxious
- overstimulated 24/7
- spiritually empty
- unable to sit alone with their thoughts for 10 minutes
Then they demand “scientific proof” for experiences thousands of men independently report after retaining.
At some point it stops sounding like skepticism and starts sounding like denial.
You don’t have to believe in spirituality. But pretending retention only affects “dopamine” is like saying the ocean is just water molecules.
There’s clearly something deeper happening.
