Hey guys, I am the only one in my store that does planograms, I am not the merchandiser our merchandiser is actually support for the ISS. I have to do all planograms between customers and answering the phone.
My question is shouldn't I be scheduled time to do the large ones? Maintenance chemicals is due, 5 1/2 hour planogram and trust me, I will not be killing myself running back and forth, it will take me as long as it takes.
My daughter was at the Albany location, she completed her classes but got sent home because another person said she had a vape. I have yet to see the proof, but they sent her home without her mental health meds. She needs them. I have called and have received no response. I have called and texted her counselor (I texted so that I could have a record Of contact) no response. I have left message with wellness and I have emailed the national office.
What can I do, I know that sending a student home without their meds is against policy, and totally irresponsible. Can I sue them considering the lack of communication? My child is struggling.
