Hello mates, I've been using discord for plenty of years but did not receive such email before, I was logged out from all of my devices today and it said to reset my password even tho it was right when I tried logging in.

I've changed my password and got in tho.

I do not understand the mail, that's what concerns me- another website that was hacked?? Access token to someone else?? (What's a access token btw)

Do tell me anything you guys know it'll be a great help, Thanks!
