Hello. Please guys i need help on this. I got about 5 orders on top up service a day ago, and i delivered, the client approved, and it shows delivered but the fund is not adding to my payment or balance.

Not in balance, nothing in pending, just like it disappear but other digital service orders are showing expect from Top Up services, please what's happening? what can i do, i need your take on this
