Hey guys, I just got my L5 and I was thinking about switching to HR at my site but idk if it will be worth it, down the line I see it easier to get my 6 then switch to HR but HR is something more of my passion and i’m going to start a masters in HR soon, but how is the pay for L5 in HR compared to operations? does it change or does it stay the same?
