I need some help with Italian girls names or English with an Italian twist) as my husband and his family are Italian so my kids speak both English and Italian at home - surname is Italian. I’m very open to unique names as Italian names seem to be very common at the moment - Isabella and Arabella which is used to love but they are EVERYWHERE. My son’s name is Leonardo which is quite strong but looking for something elegant and quaint for a girl. Here’s my list at the moment with Liliana as the front runner - help!
