I rent a commercial space for my business and have been here for about 11 months. Today, one of my employees found multiple piles of “dust” along an external wall (pic above). The wall by these piles is so soft that it actually pulls away from the baseboard when you press on it. Could this be termites? Carpenter ants? Building management is very receptive and I’m trying to ascertain what to do!
