Hi everyone,

I have a Kobra S1 Combo and I'm dealing with a frustrating issue. The hotend has dropped down and is completely stuck inside the heatsink. I cannot push it back up or pull it out. I already tried heating to 250°C and using pliers but nothing works.

This has also scratched my print bed in the process.

I now need to replace the heatsink but I cannot find it for sale anywhere, not on Anycubic's official store, not on AliExpress, not on Amazon. I contacted Anycubic support but I've only been getting automated responses that don't help at all.

Has anyone experienced this issue before? And does anyone know where to find a replacement heatsink for the Kobra S1?
