M/21/5'11[110 kgs > 94kgs] (9 months) I am quite embarrassed to post this

Ik this isn't a post which any one might see..but i just started gym a month ago.. consistently..and i hit 141 pr's in 25 days..and i wanted to post something which i feel a bit proud of ... this is embarrassing for me in hindsight but i wanna not let my head diminish this progess too.

Actual progression was

08/25 : 112kgs (heaviest)

12/25 : 95kgs (got a mania episode)

no gym during this..only walking laps in my house..avg about 15k steps a day..ankles swollen and all..but i was going hard

Now till april..no progress.. just..the crash post mania kept me in a floaty depression

in march i turned 21 (woopee?... didn't think i'd see this age)

then..in april joined gym..from that to now..i went for 25 days..and i hit 141 pr's..i was bed ridden from 8th april to 15th..so..that wasn't good..

now i currently weight 94.2kgs

i eat or try to about 2000 calories ?..but cutting is hard so..my avg of weekly is 2400..

i walk 10k steps daily..

2hrs of gym, controlled eccentric and progressive overload
