hello po! ask ko lang if pwede pong may ibang mag-pass ng requirements on my behalf? i have my schedule on may 23 (sat) for cos bs psych kaso kasi i have a debut na aattendan and it's outside ncr pa 😿

if it's not allowed, can i pass my requirements earlier na lang than my assigned time schedule? hapon pa kasi yung T-Z surnames and i'm thinking of emailing cos ahead of time to ask if pwede akong mag-pass sa morning instead 😿
