I'm new and I need advice 🥺

I'm confused on what to do, in new employee to Staples. And I'm in training.

This week I worked mon to wed and I'm a part timer.

I'm available all week accept for Friday and Saturday cause litterly I have a second job. My GM knows this and everything.

I went to my GM on Tuesday cause she scheduled me on Friday next week. And she said she'll change it and update me. And I said okay.

I couldn't reach her on Wednesday for a follow up. So I called Thursday and said it come in on Sunday 11-4. To finish training videos

I gave her my phone number and said she will send me the updated schedule on text and I said okay.

But now Friday has passed. And it's Saturday now and I still haven't heard from her. And my ukg pro hasn't been updated either.

Tomorrow is Sunday so what do I do? I don't even know if my GM works on Sunday. I'm so confused. How do I know my schedule?

Part time job, as print sales specialist

Hey everyone I just found this subreddit. So I really needed a job out of college (I'm Design major ).

So I'm working where and trying to find another job part time or something, until I saved up enough money to move out Tona place with better opportunity. ( Idk full time jobs are scarce here )

And got a print sales specialist job at staples. Yesterday was my first day so I just did videos. What is the job like?

Am I gonna be cross trained in other departments as well? Or is it just one department? Do I get paid for training?

And also where are the w2 form located? My other jobs provided them in onboarding on or before first day but here I haven't seen it.?

Thanks everyone.
