I want to get into Journaling and just curious on everyone's take on who they journal to and why. Do you Journal to yourself (past, present, furture)? Do you journal to the journal itself, a deceased relative or maybe even a pet? Maybe you write to someone specific who is still alive but never plan for them to see it. What's your process?
