i submitted my order on the 12th and it’s still saying “submitted” on the warehouse tab and “paid” on the parcel tab, on the app it says parcels are shipped after 24 hours so idk if it’s normal for delays because this is my first time using, i am going on holiday in under 30 days so i payed extra for the 6-12 day shipping, is this normal and just have to wait a few days or is this a problem and how do i fix
