I got insulted, ghosted, teamblocked and knifed. And I still getting banned. Like, WTF? Ticket #13516108
2 days ago, I was playing a match that was 100% lost. The other team finished the T side 10-2 and they were literally destroying us. On CT sided, I decided just to sit on site and wait for them to see if something works. I said "gg" on the teamchat when we were losing like 7-1 being on the CT side, and a player called "ItzCeeKay" just started to griefing on me.
He ghosted me and insulted me:

And I remember he told me something on the teamchat like "Go to the Golden Gate Bridge and jump down". He literally told me to kill myself, and I remembered I only said something like "I rather to fck your mom".
2 days later, I'm banned for "verbal abuse" and he is still playing because he had Faceit Premium and he could reported me by ticket on Faceit Support (We all know that free players can't report on Faceit Support anymore).
So, is it fair enough this situation? Like, if the admin banned me for saying that, he could also see why I said that. I was literally responding a very serious insult.
I know that I could be punished for insulting back, but 7 days ban for responding that insult and being griefied the all game?
Like, I remember when free players could report people on Faceit Support, for insults more serious than mine, they just were placed on probation period.
