Any recommendations of things to eat before I'm fully gluten free? I've had cinnamon rolls and I've been smashing pizza and bagels lol what do you miss the most, and ill see if I can eat some before I join the GF ranks for good :)

I have my endoscopy at the end of this week, and this gluten challenge has been pretty miserable. Regardless of outcome, I know that gluten wrecks me and won't eat it in the future.
