No mail delivery after name change and address change
Hello, so my wife changed her name last year after we got married and updated it with all her banks and the dmv and insurance companies. We ended up moving in December and both did a change of address to our new house. I have gotten my mail but she has yet to receive any mail from any of her banks or the dmv. When she calls the banks they tell her the mail had been returned to sender. She has gone to the post office multiple times to try and figure out what is going on but they have been zero help. Please any help would be greatly appreciated, this is causing so much stress because new credit cards/debit cards are not being delivered and the post office says they have no idea what’s going on. There system shows the change of address and the change of name, she has also confirmed with the other companies that the address and name change is correct.
