Post operative TRT & HGH
I'm a 25-year-old male who underwent major knee surgery. I had a major right knee reconstruction that included anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction, collateral ligament reconstruction/repair, and surgical repair of both the medial and lateral meniscus.
Despite extensive rehabilitation, I still struggle with reduced muscle mass and instability in the affected knee. My physiotherapist believes that my ongoing knee pain is largely due to the lack of muscle mass and strength around the joint.
I currently train three times per week, starting each session with approximately 25 minutes of rehabilitation exercises, followed by a push/pull/legs program. While gaining overall muscle mass would certainly be a welcome benefit, my primary goal is to improve the strength, stability, and function of my knee.
Where do I start? What kind of dosage would be appropriate, and what would an effective cycle look like in my situation?
I'm not interested in becoming a long-term user. My goal would simply be to regain an appropriate amount of muscle mass, address the imbalance caused by the surgery, and then maintain my progress naturally.
