My wife and I found these two pups on the side of a road people have been known to dump dogs on. The darker one is Dogmeat and he kept getting himself caught in a barb wire fence. The lighter one is Laika and she walked right up to us. We brought them home and went to the vet a couple days later and the trouble began
Laika was diagnosed with parvo and less than a week after so was Dogmeat but even with the odds we were given they both pulled through. I truly believe that if we had not found them they would not have survived. We’ve only had them for a little under a month but I am so glad they are a part of our family
Also they have two kennels but they like to cuddle in one sometimes and I thought that was adorable.
