Thinking about going to the S26 Ultra and galaxy watch ultra from an iPhone 16 Pro Max and series 10 watch.

I know I can move music to YouTube music, and already have for the music videos I like, but I’m wondering about the other stuff like apps and contacts. I figure apps that have a sign in through a service other than Apple will be fine, but the others?

I can move photos easy enough by putting them on my computer, I don’t use cloud storage at all, and have backups on ssd.
