A pet project of mine.
Based on the combination from half-life to start off but they'll grow into their own personalities
Team Warhammer is an ... odd bunch.
The four boys were paired up with each other, the complimented one another and meshed well even under pressure, they had an unofficial uniform of white armor complimented with masks.
Team leader W- William White.
He based on the metro -cops being the team's melee specialist armed with a shock mace and a pistol to start and being chosen as leader leaves him with a lot of responsibility, but he'll figure it out, he changes in terms of his black and white mentality as they go through the volumes, the world graying around him as it becomes ever more noticeable that without someone to take Ozpin's place, the kingdoms are beginning to fight amongst themselves and hoarding resources, diplomatic channels breaking down in a matter of weeks after the fall, and that someone needs to rally the troops.
The lieutenant H- Haggar Green, William's lieutenant. Much more cool headed then his team leader, he plays advisor and tactican for the team, but is unable to bring the spirit to rally the men beneath him making him feel inferior to his leader, he fights simple but efficiently with a rifle and an underbarrel grenade launcher, using various different grenade loads to hit well above his weight class in terms of weaponry.
His story arc is much less interesting than his leader's, but he learns to tap into his inner fire that has been building since the fall to give him the push to fight much more aggressively then usually.
The anchor M- Murray Silver.
The biggest and toughest of the group, with weaponry to match being shotgun and a bigass shield, he's seen as the team's unoffcial mascot and official anchoring force, when all others falter, he stands at the line unphased, fighting defensively, pushing against the enemy like a slow moving tsunami, he can slug it out with the best of them but is stubborn to the core, unwilling to move from his ideals like the lines he holds, he believes bearing the weight of the world on his shoulders to be a noble act of self-sacrifice, not aware he is merely hiding behind 'duty' to shield himself from emotion and his depression.
The skirmisher R- River Mcdavis.
A competitive, fast-moving, hard-hitting lad, the fastest of the team, and the first to get into and out of trouble, quick-witted, and nimble, he can move faster and get to places easily that his team can't and covering angles, a uncontrolled variable, using unconventional tactics and seldom actually following the intended plan, the team has learned to work around his ... well meaning yet distruptive nature, he makes himself into problem for both enemies and allies. Despite this his marksmanship and many useful tricks, he's surprisingly quiet for someone of his nature, he can sneak around like nobody else and makes full use of it, fighting grimm in guerrilla warfare tactics to whittle down their numbers and soften the survivors up for his team to deal with, taking care his teammates don't step on a mine or into a detonating claymore.
He learns to reign himself in and work with his team as the foes they face become ever more numerous and that much stronger.
This is a rough draft, not even any illustrations yet. I just wanted to know people's thoughts on it and know how I could improve it or if they like it how it is.
Or if people want to talk about their OCs or the original cast interacting with the team and it's members.
