Does Meditations Notebook 6 section 30 say what I think? Marcus is praising Antoninus for being kind, not vain, patient, et cetera. Then he praises Antoninus because, "thanks to his frugal diet, he didn't need to evacuate waste except at his habitual time."

We out here praising the former emperor because his bowel function is regular like clockwork?!?! I have been enjoying Meditations but I busted out laughing at this passage.
